Halina Szymanski, Esq.

Of Counsel

Halina Szymanski brings her experience in employment law, complex litigation, and client advocacy to every case she handles. She has successfully represented workers in class actions, wage and hour disputes, and individual employment claims, helping to recover millions of dollars in settlements for employees.

Halina’s approach is marked by her balance of skill and compassion. She understands that legal disputes—whether in the workplace or beyond—often affect not just livelihoods, but also families and futures. Her ability to guide clients through complex processes with clarity and empathy makes her a trusted advocate.

Halina is passionate about health and wellness. Outside of her legal practice, Halina is pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity at USC’s Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. This program trains future Registered Dietitian Nutritionists through intensive coursework and supervised practice, and it has strengthened her understanding of how health, wellness, and longevity intersect with everyday life. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), reflecting her belief that advocating for people goes beyond legal outcomes—it’s about supporting their overall well-being.

As Of Counsel, Halina now collaborates closely with AOS Law Firm to support clients with employment-related challenges, including wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and more. Whether representing individuals or small businesses, she contributes strategic insight and thorough advocacy to our multi- practice firm.
