MEET BRIAN Jeong

Brian’s commitment to advocacy stems from deep personal experiences. Brian didn’t choose the path of advocacy by chance — it chose him. His father suffered a serious slip-and-fall accident that left him permanently injured. As his health declined, his work suffered, and the impact rippled through the family’s financial and personal stability. Despite the seriousness of the injury, the insurance company’s response was limited and inadequate. Not long after, Brian’s brother was injured in an accident and continues to live with chronic low back pain that affects his livelihood. Years later, Brian was also involved in a car accident and still manages lasting pain of his own. These experiences gave him a genuine, firsthand understanding of how an accident can disrupt every aspect of life—from health and financial security to family relationships and independence.

Determined to understand why insurance companies operated this way, Brian began his legal career on the other side of the table — representing some of the nation’s largest insurers. From the inside, he saw how claims were reduced to spreadsheets and statistics, with adjusters focused on protecting corporate profits by minimizing payouts. That insider experience gave Brian invaluable knowledge of the strategies insurance companies use — knowledge he now leverages to advocate effectively for his clients.

Brian also developed substantial experience in employment law, managing complex cases and honing his litigation strategies alongside seasoned attorneys.  Through this work, he witnessed how collective actions could empower workers to hold corporations accountable and create meaningful change. At the same time, he recognized that some workplace violations arise not from malice, but from administrative errors or the intricate and complex nature of California’s labor laws. This balanced perspective allows him to approach every case with both empathy and fairness, while remaining unwavering in his commitment to securing justice and dignity for the workers he represents.

Whether it’s recovering from an injury, addressing workplace disputes, or resolving complex business conflicts, AOS Law Firm is committed to guiding clients through challenges with skill, care, and determination.  We also recognize that legal issues rarely exist in isolation. Clients often come to us with other pressing issues, such as custody disputes or defective vehicles under California’s Lemon Law, and other legal claims.  While some of these matters may fall outside our direct practice areas, AOS remains committed to helping clients find the right solution — whether through our own services or by connecting them with trusted professionals. No matter the issue, our goal is to ensure clients have the guidance and support they need to move forward with confidence.
